HRO's all-private ponds offer exceptional waterfowl hunting. Your assistant will ensure you're set up for the day's action and handle all game retrieval. Parties of 1–4 may be accommodated.
Each pond is carefully managed to a maximum of two hunts per week — keeping bird populations strong and your experience exceptional.

Wild upland bird hunting on parcels of 320–400 acres of prime HRO terrain. High bird populations per unit make this one of the most rewarding wild bird experiences in north central Washington.

The Preserve is currently CLOSED — now accepting reservations for the '26–'27 season. Parties of 1–4 accommodated. Groups over 4 must be approved by HROA staff prior to hunting. Lodging available on-site.
